Blog 9: Lesson 1 Reflection

1. Positive Statement

What are you most proud of in your Lesson 1 Presentation and why?

I really liked my message board and how I did my hook activity, I felt like it was something different and creative. I was also very proud that I reached 9 minutes I wasn't confident that I would.

       a.     What assessment would you give yourself on your Lesson 1 Presentation (self-assessment)?

       b.     Explain why you deserve that grade using evidence from the Lesson 1 component contract.

 I think I deserve a P, I had all the information that was needed and I listed all my sources that I put on the lesson plan.

3. What worked for you in your Lesson 1?

I really liked how not having a presentation or technology was helpful in a way to help me know my information more but if we did have technology I feel like I would of been able to go in more depth and show more pictures/videos that is relevant to my topic. 

4.  (What didn't work) If you had a time machine, what would you have done differently to improve your Lesson 1?

What I would do differently to improve me lesson 1 is maybe not read of my flashcards as much as I did because I knew all my information but my nerves got to me I just read of the cards. I also felt that I needed to be more confident because I did know my information I just kind of freaked out by the end.
